World War II Memorial
|
This is the WWII Memorial in Washington D.C. near the reflecting pond. This side says "Pacific" to represent the battles fought in the Pacific Ocean area of operations. Directly behind it is the "Atlantic" entrance. The pillars on the sides represent the states of the United States. |
This is the pond inside the Memorial. |
These are two state pillars; I keyed in on Missouri because my father and uncles all came from Missouri. |

This is myself, Jimmy and Deanna.

|
In front of each entrance way is a pool with battles and locations that were fought in that region. These are my children, Jimmy and Deanna - 05/28/2005.
