This was taken from the Korean War Memorial which was dedicated in 1995 and is near the reflecting pond.
This is near the Unknown Soldier's Tomb in Arlington National Cemetary.
The faces in the stone are real faces taken from photos of soldiers who served in the Korean War. I tried to get the photo with as few "real" people images as possible but on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend...
This reminds me of the rice paddies of Korea. The soldiers are on patrol.
