Now, I'm not quite sure how to explain this one so, hmmm, I'll just move on to the next. There's definitely something odd about this family...
We're getting ready to sit down and chow down. This is the first dinner we've had since I retired from the Army 15 years ago that didn't include Mom. She is missed!
Nick: After careful analysis, my hands are warmer than yours because of the sweater.
Pat: I firmly believe my hands are warmer because I'm wearing black.
Elise: You two are sooooo weird... Lets play already.

Following a heated discussion of the benefits and costs of rehabilitating mutant ninja jellybeans.
Nick: Paul, you need to understand that an atom is really tiny. Think about squishing your hands together or brushing your teeth.
Paul: Nick, quit squishing your hands together. Brushing my teeth???
Lisa: You are soooo full of sh...t. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha...
Jimmy and his new bike in Germany. He picked it up on September 11, 2001, took it for a short spin and then... ended up in lockdown for the next few days. Oh well, at least he got to try it out...

This is the Colorado Family on Christmas Eve - 2001. Lisa and I are on the right back row followed by my cousin Denny, Christopher (Patti's son), Pat and his daughter Elise. In the front row (from the right) are John (Mom's friend), my sister Patti, my Mother and Pat's son Paul. And in the very front, our dog Marbles, managed to sneak into the picture.

The family at Christmas Eve, 2004 (well, as much as we could get...). Jimmy is back in Baghdad (like last year), Deanna is at her aunts' house in Georgia, Mom is sick and Elise (Pat's daughter) is working.
